Verifying the results

Dear Dr. Silvia:
I did pushover analysis with SAP and OPENSEES.Should my capacity curves(Base shear vs. Displacement) be the same in both procedures?and with the same results(for example the maximum base shear)

only if they are exactly the same model and modeled exactly the same way.
