How to define nonlinearBeamColumn element?

Hi, all

How to define nonlinearBeamColumn element of a simple column?
The geometic and physical parameters of column are: The length of column is 5m, and the section type of element is hollow pipe with external diameter 100mm and internal diameter 96mm; Elastic Modulus E=2.1e11, Yielding Stress sigmaY=255e5, b=0.01.

Any help will be greatly appreciated.
