How to stop earth quake, at the moment, earth quake is still under natural force/movement, how to prevent the next terrible disaster, even New Zealand was hit by earth quake now?
this can be done with the internet community together with all nation united to set a deep study and analysis and implemetation the step.
Or else next earth quake may kill 50% of the nation.

There is no way to stop an earthquake. The only thing that can be done is to hope for an early-warning system that allerts people that an earthquake is about to happen. There has been some limited success with this in Japan and other places...

Yeah there is definitely no way to stop earthquake. But what we can do is to build buildings on a propper way. And to take into account the fact what kinda of buildings withstood the earthquakes in history. Other things are not in our hands.
