if it is a shear-critical wall, there is still a lot of research going on on it.
there is one element in opensees, look under nonlinear-beam-column elements, but it is limited to a 2D model and static pushover analysis.

if it is not a shear-critical wall, use a regular nonlinear beam-column element and add a shear stiffness to it, via the section.

Thank you for your answer
But I would like to know what is mean of the shear-critical wall ?
The wall was destroyed with Shear failure ?

there is one element in opensees, look under nonlinear-beam-column elements————you mean the quad element ?

yes.
no, the quad element is not a beam-column element.
