zeroLengthND element in OpenSees 2.1.0
Hi Silvia,
Is the zeroLengthND element available in the new version of OpenSees(ver. 2.1.0)?
I got the following warning:
“ZerolengthND:: --NDMaterial not of order 2 or 3”
Many Thanks

Do you mean that we can't use it in the new version ?

Hi Frank,
Thanks for your help. My question is that which materials are of order 2 and 3? I think Drucker-Prager model is of order 3, Isn’t it? I used the following command for zeroLengthND element, but I got the same message.
Element zeroLengthND $eleTag $iNode $jNode $matTag
What is the problem? Which type of material should I use?
