Frank!

I have the sensation the opensees.exe posted in the web is the debug version. The release win version is much faster that the debug one (7 to 10 times faster) :? .

are you using 1.6.2.e or 1.6.2.f .. .e was a debug .. checked .f against .a for a large
Example8.1.tcl and it is slightly faster .. if it is .f can you send me the script you
are using.
