Need help on fiber section

Because there is no way to put picture here. I put my questions together with a figure to a pdf file. Would you help to check this out and do me a favor? Thanks a lot.
I have spent several hours on reading the user manual and examples. But I did not feel confident with my understanding of those materials. So I would appreciate your help on reading this file and point out where is wrong.

the subdivisions define how many subdivisions you want for each direction of the patch. one large fiber does not give you as accurate an integration as many fibers. too many fibers slow down your analysis too much.

Ok. Dose the number of subdivisions have to be equal to the number of rebars defined by the [b]layer[/b] in that direction? This is my concern. For example. I define a patch such that it has 6 subdivisions along IJ direction. Then I define a layer of fiber along IJ direction. Do I have to put exactly 6 bars along that direction?

ok. the subdivisions defined in the patch command has nothing to do with reinforcement. It is a parameter defining how many I divide the patch like how many elements I mesh a slab. The more I divide, the slower the computation. Right?
