elasticBeamColumn elements static condensation question

Hello,everyone!
If I want to condensation a freedom .e.g.Mz , in a elasticBeamColumn element, how can I do it?
In fact ,it is a plastic hinge in the end node of the elasticBeamColumn element. How to model it?

put two nodes at the same location, connect the other dofs via the equal-dof command....
