Shell Element Stress/Strain Output

I have been able to output the forces at the nodes of ShellMITC4 elements. 24 Forces are output per element corresponding to 6 forces at each of the element's 4 nodes. Is it possible from this output to determine the stress state in the element such as at the Gauss points or to interpolate from the nodes what the stress state in the element will be.
