about the beam-column element in the opensees

Post by alexli »

Hi all,
these days ,I read some papers about the beam-column element mode.
I find there were many types of beam elment mode. i.e.: lumped hinge model, fiber section model ,and single componnet model ,multicomponent model, and so on. I am a little confused about this field. who can give me a clear review.Thank you very much!!!
I want to become a good engineer
