What are the inputs required for the following materials:

Steel 03
Concrete 04

i am working on that documentation,
i would try the same as steel02 and concrete02, respectively.

Steel03:
uniaxialMaterial Steel03 tag? fy? E0? b? r? rtype? <a1? a2? a3? a4?>
try with rtype = 2 (Dhakal and Maekawa), r = 20 for starters

Concrete04:
uniaxialMaterial Concrete04 $matTag $fc $ec $ecu $Ec <$ft $et> <$beta>
