Information about the Concrete02 Material

Hello everybody!!!
I want to about the using concrete02 Material. I am confused about the parameter "Lambda". How to select this parameters?
Please help me about this issue and give me some link or documents regarding selecting the this parameters.

it is shown in the command language manual.
i typically use 0.1

Actually, I want to know how to select this "Lambda" parameter. What is the reason that you select 0.1 in your analysis? why not 0.15 or 0.2 or....???

I hope I will get answer of my query.

it depends on how you want to model the unloading.
i selected 0.1 because it gives me results similar to the concrete behavior i want.
