Problem With EnvelopeNode Recorder command

Hi everybody,

I have a problem with EnvelopeNode recorder comand. I used this comand before the variable transient analyze comand to recorcd the envelope of displacement, but it didn't record the envelope. Please guide me on how I can do this.

what does the command look like?
there must be something wrong in the command.

Hi Silvia,
The following command was used:
recorder EnvelopeNode -file Sd/Sd$numStory.txt -node 2 -dof 1 disp
It Should be noted that if Node recorder command is used instead of Envelope recorder command the results will be recorded.

did the analysis terminate with no problems?
if there is no such output it might be because the analysis was interrupted.
