ElasticPPGap question

The hardening ratio ($eta) in the
uniaxialMaterial ElasticPPGap $matTag $E $Fy $gap <$eta> <damage> only seems to work if we include the keyword "damage".

I think this has to do with the way the the tcl commands are read in as can be seen in the file TclModelBuilderUniaxialMaterialCommand.cpp.

Would it be possible, in future versions, to read in $eta independently of having the "damage" activated?
