what kind of element can be used to model the coupled spring

Post by jiaochiyu2000 »

Do you know, what kind of elemnt can be used to model a coupled spring matrix in opensees programe. The matrix can be shown in below table.

coupled 6*6 spring Ux Uy Uz Rx Ry Rz
Ux 519900 0 0 0 7195000 0
Uy 0 533500 0 -7325000 0 0
Uz 0 0 56440000 0 0 0
Rx 0 -7324000 0 6359000000 0 0
Ry 7195000 0 0 0 2450000000 0
Rz 0 0 0 0 0 106300000

I used this matrix to model the pile-soil-structure-interaction.
This method is very useful During the SAP2000 program.
but in the opensees do you have the similar element to model the coupling springs. The spring use the uniaxial elastic constitutive law .Can you answer me?
thank you for your help![/img]
