Error in fluid viscous damper

I am facing an error while modeling a 2d frame equipped with a fluid viscous damper (error: Process finished with exit code -1073741819 (0xC0000005)) for a value of damping exponent less than 1. The error is showing for nonlinear cases only. I have followed the conventional troubleshooting steps to fix the error but to no avail.
