Masonry infill wall

Hello,
I want to model a masonry infill wall bounded by an RC frame. To do so, I wondered if I could model the infill wall with 2d quad element, and if so, which material should I use to capture the hysteresis behavior of the masonry wall?
I'm going to use the quad element because I want to run different random fields to simulate many infill walls.
