Thanks Prof., I went through the post, it is about a bidirectional section. I want to know what model is used to determine stress resultant yield surface for a normal (unidirectional) fiber section in opensees. Can you please provide some information about that.

I'm not sure about your question then. Fiber sections determine the stress resultant interaction automatically.
