dispBeamColumn problem in openseespy

Hi,
I wanted to use dispBeamColumn in openseespy. Based on the folloing page the input paramtes are:

element('dispBeamColumn', eleTag, *eleNodes, transfTag, integrationTag, '-cMass', '-mass', mass=0.0)

Why the tag of the section is not an input parameter !!??

You define the sections in the beamintegration object.
