DBE but having different section along the element

Hi
I would like to know how can i simulate an element with different section along that element.
For example, if we are planing to model a RC coupling beam with diagonal bar ,
aforementioned bar changes it's location along the beam ....so how we can arrange such a model?

and what about the orders of section along the element
for instance section arg1 arg2 from which point are they assigned?

Integration points are ordered from the start node to the end node
