Modal Analysis

Hi,
I am relatively new to Opensees and I have been modeling a 3-D high rise building with beam and column springs at the joints following the Ibarra Krawinkler model. But the model is not working for eigen value analysis and it gives me an output that states:
ProfileSPDLinDirectSolver::solve() - aii < 0 (i, aii): (0,0)
The eigen value output is also extremely small. Could anyone guide me on what the problem might be
