I re-analyze my application example in a way of using the following input data:
Elastic: Elastic module:30000, Area: 11.77, Inertia Moment: 310.1
Elasto-plastic: Steel01, Elastic module:30000, Area: 11.77, Inertia Moment: 310.1, Fy: 60, b:1.0, Integration Point Number: 5.
Then, I re-draw the load-displacement responses and load the sketches in the following links as:

I also analyze it, thereby altering the b=1.0 by 0.9, then draw the load-displacement responses and load the sketches in the following links as:

It is noted that these analyses are carried out assuming an un-interacted behavior among axial and moment forces.
However, I would like to be sure about ascent of force-displacement curve for the plastic case b?1.0 and its descent for the plastic case b=0.9.

But, this push-pull example is unfortunately only for + direction of application strucrure due to failing in the incremental-iterative loop of nonlinear analysis. The simple iteration number and displacement incerment sample is implemented as:
foreach {numIter dU} {10 0.1 8 -0.1 10 0.15 8 -0.15 10 0.2 8 -0.2....
How can I deal with this problem?
