element LeadRubberX used to define a Rubber bearing

i want to create a element LeadRubberX to define a Rubber bearing.it was used in a 3D frame.the element is zero length and when suffering a earthquake load ,the opensees work failed like this:
UMD2FA: matrix is singular. Only 648 pivots found.
WARNING UmfpackGenLinSolver::solve(void)- 4 returned in factorization UMD2FA()
WARNING NewtonRaphson::solveCurrentStep() -the LinearSysOfEqn failed in solve()

what's wrong with this?i'm looking for help.
