How to add a eleLoad to a section fiber beam?

For example, i have a 2D RC frame portal. I need to make a static analysis with an assimetric reinforced steel beam and a eleLoad. i can do this?

1) with element elasticBeamColumn?
2) with element nonlinearBeamColumn?
3) with element beamWithHinges?
