Concrete Damage Model

Hello

Is there any Concrete Damage Model in OpenSEES?

I have found some posts about the Damage2p nD material model stating that the material will be released after the authors publish the papers they want. As today,2018, when the material has been defined the message "SORRY - Damage2p source code not available in this version" is displayed, Is there any date for the release and inclusion of the code into OpenSees?

I am also very interesting on using such material model getting the same error. Does someone know is it is free to be used, so far?
