Soil Constitutive Model

Hi everyone,

I am looking for the best soil constitutive model in OpenSees to capture the pore water pressure generation which is quite important for liquefaction. I will appreciate your suggestions in this respect.

Hi there,

You can define soil element using this command:
http://opensees.berkeley.edu/wiki/index ... -p_Element

so you can model the fluid pressure as the 4th DOF and simulate dynamic response of solid-fluid fully coupled material.
