Deformation in a Quad Element

Please tell me how to find the deformation in a quad element in OpenSees?
I mean What command should I use to find the deformation in a quad element, as the only valid queries for a quad element are forces and stresses, as mentioned in the OpenSees page of quad element.

Please kindly help me out.
