RigidDiaphragm Setting

Post by xxlsunshine »

Dear all.
I have a question about the RigidDiaphragm Setting. Are these following commands same with each other?
Command 1: rigidDiaphragm 3 1 2 3 ; #constrain nodes 2 3 to move as if in the same x-y plane as node 1
Command 2: rigidDiaphragm 3 1 2; #constrain nodes 2 to move as if in the same x-y plane as node 1
rigidDiaphragm 3 1 3; #constrain nodes 3 to move as if in the same x-y plane as node 1
and my question is that, is it the same if the node rigiddiaphragm set separately or together?
Best!
