4 Node Quad Results

Hello,

I was wondering there is any documentation on the output of recorder results for 4 node quad elements

For example, for strain, there are 12 outputs, assuming (x, y and x/y) for each direction for 2 DOF solution, so that makes sense.

But for forces, only 8 outputs for a 2 DOF solution. I would expect 2 forces and a moment at each node for a total of 12. And one of the results compares well to the expected moment at the end of the beam (just testing results). So I think I must be missing something. Does anyone know of more documentation for these elements?

the nodes only have 2 translational dof .. that means they are only going to have 2 translational forces
