how to model a frame with active mass dampers

I am working on the active mass dampers and I shall model a building with active mass damper in OpenSees.
Please let me know your idea about any references, books, journals, examples which could help me about modeling these devices and the corresponding equations of motion. Especially please let me know if any such example is available in opensees.
