no .. you need o download using svn and then build .. to build you need a Makefile.def .. a few are provided in MAKES directory .. many of which are old, the ones Makefile.def.EC2.... are reasonab;y up to date and are provided for most of common linux platforms .. also go to the framework message board as users post some of their there
