Building Problems As per Rev. Tag 6016 and 6058

Hi,

I have both VS2008 and VS2010, in the change log it seems that 2.4.6 version's rev tag is 6016. I updated to that revision then i tried to build and i couldnt make it. Then i figured out the exe is given on site is built as per rev. tag 6058, whenever i try to build in that rev VS 2008 builds all the project except opensees and openseestk which give errors can not find the library libifport.lib. I check the project files configurations, i cant find any dependency about that. Then after i found out this lib is in Win64 lib but even if i copy them to the win32 lib still can not build. Even if i try all these with VS2010 this time i got the error _ITERATOR_DEBUG_LEVEL and lib file discrepencies. The last revision can not be build in any case. Finally i dont know what to do. Any idea? I am trying all these in both win7 and win10 versions.

i have finally created a new release .. the new binary and svn revsion number is in changeLog .. the win projects will build opensees and openseestk assuming you have installed tcl correctly.
