Load which is applied to membrane objects transfers directly to supporting structural objects, whereas meshed shell objects have bending stiffness and therefore resist a portion of the load through flexural deformation. As a result, less load will be available to transfer to beams located under a shell, while 100% of the load will transfer through a membrane.
1 : Which element in opensees works as a shell area and which one works as a membrane area ?
2 : How we can model a connection between slab ( or shell element ) and beam-column element with rigidlink (or other element which that is suitable) ? I can not connect node in meshed shell and beam-column element .
3 : How we can apply distributed loading on meshed shell element (with block2D)?

1) the ShellMITC4 and ShellDKGQ elements as name emplies are shell elements, shell elements have both membrane and plate bending included. Both the Shell elements have a drilling dof, a rotational dof added for rotation in the plane to eliminate shear locking. As a consequence the nodes for both shells require 6 dof.
for inplane mebrane action alone a 4node quadrilateral element can be used, quad can be used.
2) if 3d problems the shell and beam elements have 6 dof and could be coupled directly. the drilling dof, depending on formulation may not be physical, and you might look at decoupling the rotational dof between beam elemens and shell elements for that dof.
if 2d beams and 3d shell you have to use the equalDOF command and 2 model commands.
3. you cannot. it does not look like either shell element takes a body force that could be used to apply loads by the element via numerical integration. as a consequence you will have to make up your own tcl procedure and add loads at the nodes directly. if you use a regular mesh this is trivial to do of course.

does layyered shell work properly for any circumstance and any loading?
for example ; can we apply in plane tension loading at its nodes? or it is just formulated for shear walls ( for gravity and shear loading?) ?

the elements are formulated as a shell elements. .. the layers come from the layered shell section, a section that provides the necessary material properties at a shell gauss point .. it should work assuming in-plane tension only
