beam and column rotation

Hi
I have a 6 story rc moment frame with brb,i have used beamwithhings element for beams and columns.
i want to calculate the maximum rotation in two ends of beams and columns in nonlinear time history analysis.
i used the following recorder: recorder EnvelopeElement -file $file/col10rotation.out -ele 10 basicDeformation
there are 3 columns in output. column 1 is axial deformation, columns 2 and 3 are rotations at the two ends,is it true?(my model is 2d)
