warning in time history analysis

hi every body.
my model is a 2D RC moment frame with BRB. i'm doing time history analysis but these warnings occures and even when i try other algorithms and decrease dt ,analysis fails at that time( 5.452) again,why?( PGA occures at 5...sec)what should i do?

do something in the script if the analysis fails, e.g. initial stifness iterations or cut the time step or try a different integrator or algorithm ...
