not unless you write some code. you could start with the brick and simply modify the interpolation functions.

the best example is to look at the existing brick element that you wish to modify.

Continuing the theme, please could you confirm me if the deformations are valid query in 20NodeBrick element?

no they are not .. you can ask for forces, stresses and can ask individual materials at the gauss points for whatever they will provide (eg stress, strains)
