shear wall-frame system under time history analysis

Hi everybody
I want to model reinforced concrete shear wall-frame interactive system under time history analysis. Considerable investigations have been carried out in the field of RC shear wall using Flexure-Shear Interaction Displacement-Based Beam-Column Element.
I read in command manual that Flexure-Shear Interaction Displacement-Based Beam-Column Element has been implemented for monotonic static analysis.
Which element can I use for investigation reinforced concrete frame shear wall system under time history analysis?
