2D frame modeling with elasticBeamColumn and truss elements

I would be grateful if someone could help me with using elasticBeamColumn and truss element together in modeling 2D frame, the is where I run the analysis the following bug arises:

the BUG lies in the model and the problem is probably you do not have enough constraints.
