program does not converge

Hello everyone,
The program I am trying to run seemingly does not converge with most 'system' and 'algorithm' commands when I assign the foundation behavior (ShallowFoundationGen) nonlinear. What is the reason and how can I solve it? May the reason be that either the structure or the foundation fails before the whole load (which is still static) is completely applied? How can I solve the convergence problem in case the system does not fail?

this problem has also occurred for me; but i think this don't basic problem and proposed that run the program with smaller interval.
