Request to incorporate a -dT option in the Drift recorder, just like the Node and Element recorders.

looking at the source code it should be there.

Guess I don't see it because I'm using an older version. Couldn't see it in the command manual either: http://opensees.berkeley.edu/wiki/index ... t_Recorder
