Hi all
i known the Gravity load is applied in 2-dimensional model ,by applying force in the node . And my question is that: How to apply gravity load in 3-dimensional model with " Birck8N" or "elasticBeamColumn". and , could you give me some example files.

Hi all:
I use a Quad element , and ndm :3 ndf: 6 , but the Opensees give this warning: the model dimensions and/or node DOF not compatible with Quade element.
my question is : can Quad element be used in 3-dimensional?
