Hello!
so i realized that the displacements weren't actually negative. I would post the script files but it's a huge model with several script files. I think it must be something with my elements because my deformed shape is weird, but thanks!

pushover problems
Hello, I'm trying to do a simple pushover analysis on a 3d RC model. My pushover load are three horizontal loads to model the cabin and wing loads of an airplane flying into the side of an external events shell (basically four large waffle slab walls). I'm using nonlinearbeamcolumn elements with ste...

Ah yes, I changed it from Lagrange to Transformation and now it works when applying the gravity load. however when I run my pushover load if my system is BandGeneral it tells me i don't have enough memory but then when i change it to UmfPack it tell me Lvalue is too small. Do you know why this is ha...

RigidDiaphagm and convergence error
Hello, I've set all my elements to elastic to test whether my convergence error was due to connectivity. I think I've narrowed it down to if I take out my RigidDiaphragm at the roof then the gravity loads can be applied with no problem. However, if I apply a rigid diaphragm to my roof then the gravi...
