Hi Silvia,
The following command was used:
recorder EnvelopeNode -file Sd/Sd$numStory.txt -node 2 -dof 1 disp
It Should be noted that if Node recorder command is used instead of Envelope recorder command the results will be recorded.

Problem With EnvelopeNode Recorder command
Hi everybody,
I have a problem with EnvelopeNode recorder comand. I used this comand before the variable transient analyze comand to recorcd the envelope of displacement, but it didn't record the envelope. Please guide me on how I can do this.
