about the section fiber

define the section fiber, there are patch quad and patch circ in the User Manual,but I found there is patch rect in the example and the command is not explained in the User Manual,so I do not know how to define it.

In the Nonlinear Beam Column Element command,there is about the number of integration points along the element,but I do not know how to get the number of integration points.thanks for your help!

thanks for your reply,but after I saw the OpenSees Command Language Manual ,I only found the Lowes-Altoontash beam-column joint model(2003) ,and there is nothing about the Mitra-Lowes joint model(2007) in the references of Opensees command language manual.
