I'm so confused bcz the result'll be changed when I change the scaling. which the higher scaling factor the model will be collapsed.

bro, I don't know how to solve your problem, but can I ask you that how can you get the scaling factor (0.25 and 0.15) in X, Y direction? I wanna add the ground motion from the NGA.west website but I don't know how and where I can get this scaling factor value. thank you.
