Hi Slivia,

I tried it again and had the same problem so I restarted my computer and now it works fine.

The dash in front of time does not seem to be a problem for my system.

I managed to resolve all of my errors and successfully compile OpenSees! For posterity I will describe my steps to compile the code. Emrah,

I have installed it on XP make sure you are logged on as an Administrator and have your anti virus turned off. Are you downloading the ActiveTcl8.4.6.1-win32-ix86-99631.exe file from this FTP server?
