Compile Version 1.6.2.c with VC++ 6.0

Hi,

I try to compile OpenSees v1.6.2.c with Visual C++ 6.0. I followed the instruction on "Building on Windows System", but I only got errors.

1. Where do I get these MSDev library files? In Google I just found one result.

Thanks for your help
