Hi.
Is OpenSees capable of considering the time and steps of construction of an earth structure or it make it in just one step?

Seepage In OpenSees
Hi.
I want to know whether opensees can be used to analyze seepage and calculate phreatic surface of an earth dam?
And is there any elements that be able to model unsaturated soil in opensees?

mohr-coulomb model in opensees
Hi.
Does opensees have mohr-coulomb constitutive model or other simple models for soils?
I read user manual but I can't find it.

Manzari Dafalias material problem
Hi
I try to use Manzari Dafalias material with 9_4_QuadUp element. But every time i got the message "Jacobian matrix is singular" and then Opensees closed.
Does anyone knows what is the problem?
Thanks.

Negative pore pressure problem
Hi,
I have run a dynamic analysis of a dam with 9_4_QuadUP element and PDMY material and in many nodes i have large negative pore pressures like -600 kPa.
Does anybody know what is the problem?
Thanks for your help.

Cohesion in PDMY materials
Hi
I want to model a soil that is pressure dependent and also have cohesion. But PDMY and PDMY02 doesnt have cohesion parameter. So what should i do know?
Any help is appreciated.

Staged construction of earth dam
Hi,
Does any body know how can i model staged construction for an earth dam and its effect on pore pressure and settlement with opensees?
Is there any example of staged construction?
Thank you so much for your help.
