Implement New Material Model in Older OpenSees Version
Hello everyone, I am using a new concrete material model that has been released in 32-bit OpenSees 3.0.0. I am wondering if it is possible, and if yes, how difficult it would be to implement this new material in an older version of OpenSees. I know because the OpenSees source code is available it ma...

Re: Error using "nDMaterial FAReinforcedConcretePlaneStress"
Hi Vijay,
I am currently working on developing my first model using this element. I think it shouldn't be too hard to use.
Let me know if you run into any problems.

Re: Error using "nDMaterial FAReinforcedConcretePlaneStress"
See this thread, there is a recent version of OpenSees 3.0, which I think should have this material model.
Let me know if it works: http://opensees.berkeley.edu/community/ ... =2&t=64140

Re: Error using "nDMaterial FAReinforcedConcretePlaneStress"
Hi Dr. McKenna, I'm experimenting with this material as well for modelling walls... if there's any information about the "damage material data" parameters from the sample code you posted it would be very useful! From code: set Ap 0.1 ;#damage material data set An 1.5 ;#damage material data...

Nvm Frank... I'll use 64-bit OpenFresco... it seems to work very well.
Thanks very much again.

Thanks fmk... do you happen to have in 32-bit version? I'm using with 32-bit OpenFresco at the moment.
Many thanks in advance!

Re: bug in LayeredShell
Hello,
I have run into this same issue using OpenSees64 Rev6536 and the layered shell element... I am wondering if anyone has Rev6477 they can pass along.
It would be greatly appreciated.
