2 coulumn in deformation recorder data
Dear Sirs wishing you a good day, I have modeled a 3-storey , 3-bay dual frame with BRB. I used WFSection2d section to model W-Section to use them as nolinearbeamcolumn. I have recorders for Deformation and LocalForce of nolinearbeamcolumn but Deformation output file just have 2 columns , not more. ...

Re: problem in BRB frames
all of beam to column connections are pinned . so the moment , axial and shear force of beams which are not located in BRB bays must not change after gravity load but they changed.
what should i do to stop the changes in pushover procedure for beams which aren't located in BRB bays ?

problem in BRB frames
Dear sirs, wishing you a good day. My thesis is about optimizing BRB steel frames and modeled frames with Opensees and optimized with PSO algorithm via Matlab. After optimizing some frames, their sections was so big and after rechecking the results of opensees, I found out that there is a problem in...

Re: Insufficient arg
Dear fmk
wishing you a good day
which code is the base of coefficients of SteelBRB material?
where can I find the values coefficients?
many Thanks
